Des has instilled the confidence in me to take on this role, assisted by his ongoing support and mentorship.”

Catherine’s new role highlights the commitment of the practice to advancing and developing, ensuring CavanaghKelly remains at the forefront of the industry and continues to consistently deliver exceptional client service. Catherine will focus on driving strategic initiatives, embracing technological advancements, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The aim, to streamline processes, enhance service offerings, and explore new market opportunities, ensuring that CavanaghKelly adapts to the evolving landscape of the accountancy and advisory sector, enabling the practice to better meet client needs and maintain its competitive edge.

While Des hands over the reins of Managing Partner, he remains a vital part of CavanaghKelly, dedicating his expertise solely to client-facing engagements. This shift allows Des to concentrate on providing high-value services directly to clients, leveraging his experience to deliver bespoke solutions and drive client success. His deep understanding of client needs and commitment to excellence will continue to add significant value to CavanaghKelly’s offerings.
