Catriona started her career in a private accountancy practice. Once she qualified as an Accountant, she moved overseas to work as a consultant on projects to improve public financial management (PFM) at central and local levels of government in countries such as Bangladesh and Kosovo. She returned to Northern Ireland in 2016 and directly prior to joining CavanaghKelly worked as an Internal Audit (IA) Manager in a mid-tier accountancy firm. She has over 20 years of providing support to clients on governance, risk, compliance, and medium term and strategic planning.
On a personal note.
Catriona is happiest with her nose in a good book. She also enjoys gently ambling through beautiful countryside or along the coast anywhere on the island of Ireland. (Ideally the end of each ‘amble’ offers an opportunity to relax over coffee and some tasty treats).
