Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce high quality outputs and written correspondence, meeting statutory compliance deadlines where applicable.
- Case Management to include data processing, reviewing financial information and producing reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues and other professionals, such as agents, solicitors, banks and external accountants.
- Attend client/stakeholder meetings, with an ability to always demonstrate empathy and professionalism.
- Liaise with solicitors, creditors and other stakeholders where required
- Maintain awareness of current position of allocated cases, progressing to closure in an efficient and timely manner.
- Proactively identify risks or issues arising in allocated cases, and subsequently addressing these through an agreed action plan.
- Prepare and adhere to budget for all allocated cases.
The Person:
- Business, Accounting, Financial or Legal experience in a fast paced environment, desirable but not essential
- Business, Accounting, Financial or Legal Degree, desirable but not essential
- Experience of managing a portfolio of cases, desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and prioritise workload
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Experience in the use of MS Office
