Office Manager required for a growing business based in Ballygawley. The ideal candidate will have office management and bookkeeping experience.

Our client is a construction company based in Ballygawley. The company has developed, expanded and diversified over the last number of years and now have an exciting new position for a driven Office Manager with financial experience.

The Role

  • SAGE
  • Invoicing
  • PAYE & CIS
  • VAT returns and submissions
  • Overseeing credit control activites
  • Statutory requirements
  • General office requirements

The Person

  •  A high level of organisational skills with a well- developed ability to prioritize and work withing set deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills that will be required in working with customers, suppliers and team members.
  • The ability to work independently taking ownership and responsibility for duties with the ability to use initiative to identify and implement solutions.

The Experience

  • Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent), a Book Keeping or Accountin Technician qualification would be desirable
  • 3 years' experience in an office management role with a good working knowledge of PAYE, VAT and accounts production packages.
  • Strong IT skills.
